§ 53‑224.30.  Appeal ofCommissioner's decision.

Any aggrieved party in aproceeding under this Article may, within 20 days after final decision of theCommissioner, appeal, in writing, such decision to the North Carolina StateBanking Commission. An appeal under this section shall be made pursuant to G.S.53‑92(d). Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any aggrieved partyto a decision of the Commission shall be entitled to petition for judicialreview pursuant to G.S. 53‑92(d).  (1995, c. 322, s. 2; 2009‑57, s. 5.)
