If any provision of thisArticle or the application of such provision is found invalid as to any bank,branch, bank holding company, person, or circumstances, or shall otherwise bedeemed superseded by federal law, the remaining provisions of this Articleshall not be affected and shall remain valid and in effect as to any bank,branch, bank holding company, person, or circumstance.
