§53‑23.  Disposition of books, records, etc.

All books, papers, and recordsof a bank which has been finally liquidated shall be deposited by the receiverin the office of the clerk of the superior court for the county in which theoffice of such bank is located, or in such other place as in his judgment willprovide for the proper safekeeping and protection of such books, papers, andrecords. The books, papers, and records herein referred to shall be heldsubject to the orders of the Commissioner of Banks and the clerk of thesuperior court for the county in which such bank was located.
