§53‑232. Fees.
Each bank holding companysubject to this act shall pay the following fees:
(1) An initialregistration fee of $1,000.
(2) An annualregistration fee of $750.00.
(3) A fee of $50.00 forthe issuance of any certified copies of documents plus $1.00 per page over anumber of pages specified by the Commissioner. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c.1113, s. 1.)
