§ 53‑232.1. Title andscope.
(a) This act shall beknown and cited as the North Carolina International Banking Act.
(b) This Article isintended to set forth the terms and conditions under which an internationalbanking corporation may enter and do business in North Carolina. (1991,c. 679, s. 1.)
