The unique identifier of anymortgage loan originator or other person engaged in the mortgage business asdefined in G.S. 53‑244.030(11) shall be clearly shown on all residentialmortgage loan application forms, solicitations, advertisements, includingbusiness cards or Web sites, and any other documents as established by rule ororder of the Commissioner.
