(a) The North CarolinaHousing Finance Agency shall adopt rules governing the training of counselorsand necessary standards for counselor training and shall establish reasonablefees for training. The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency shall forward thenames of all persons satisfying counselor training requirements to theCommissioner.
(b) The Commissionershall maintain a list of counselors who have satisfied training requirementsand shall periodically provide an up‑to‑date copy of the list toall authorized lenders.
(c) The Commissionershall provide to all counselors who have satisfied training requirementsinformation provided to the Commissioner by authorized lenders under G.S. 53‑265.(1991, c. 546, s. 1; 1995, c. 115, s. 1.)
