Subject to other provisions ofapplicable law, a person may register or reserve any name with the Secretary ofState in connection with engaging or proposing to engage in trust business ortrust marketing in this State, except that the Commissioner may determine thata name registered or reserved is potentially misleading to the public andrequire the use of a name that is not potentially misleading.
