The articles of incorporationof a State trust company shall be signed and acknowledged by or on behalf ofeach organizer and shall contain:
(1) The informationrequired to be set forth in G.S. 55‑2‑02(a) and, except fortelephone information, G.S. 53‑311(c); and
(2) Any provisionconsistent with G.S. 55‑2‑02(b) and other applicable law that theorganizers elect to set forth in the articles of incorporation for theregulation of the internal affairs of the State trust company. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
