All banks in which any moneyis on deposit by the State of North Carolina or any of the officials thereofshall, in their published statements as by law required, show the amount ofmoney on deposit in such bank to the credit of the State or of any officialthereof; and no officials of the State shall deposit money in any bank whichshall refuse to comply with the provisions of this section.
