§54‑110.2.  Membership.

(a)        Membership in thecorporate credit union shall be institutional and be limited to the subscribersto the articles of incorporation, credit unions organized under Chapter 54 ofthe General Statutes, the Federal Credit Union Act or any other credit unionact, organizations or associations of credit unions, and such other persons ororganizations provided for in the articles of incorporation unless the bylawsotherwise prescribe.

(b)        The board ofdirectors of each credit union, organization or association becoming a memberof the corporate credit union shall designate one person to be a votingrepresentative in the corporate credit union. Such voting representatives shallbe eligible to hold office in the corporate credit union as if such person werehimself a member of the corporate credit union. (1983, c. 470.)
