§ 54B‑54.  Deputycommissioner of Savings Institutions Division.

There shall be a deputycommissioner of the Savings Institutions Division as appointed by theCommissioner in G.S. 53‑93.1(b). The deputy commissioner authorized bythis section shall perform any duties and exercise any powers directed by theCommissioner. (1981,c. 282, s. 3; 1989, c. 76, s. 18; 2001‑193, s. 5.)
