§54C‑104.  Conflicts of interest.

Each director, officer, andemployee of a State savings bank has a fundamental duty to avoid placinghimself in a position which creates, or which leads to or could lead to aconflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest having adverseeffects on the interests of members, customers, or stockholders of the savingsbank, soundness of the savings bank, and the purposes of this Chapter. (1991,c. 680, s. 1.)
