Notwithstanding anyrestrictions or limitations contained in any law of this State, the depositaccounts of any State savings bank may be accepted by any agency, department,or official of this State in any case wherein the agency, department, orofficial acting in its official capacity requires that securities be depositedwith the agency, department, or official.
