§ 54C‑205. Powers.
An out‑of‑statesavings bank that establishes a branch in North Carolina may engage in all theactivities authorized by North Carolina law for a State savings bank except tothe extent that such activities have been expressly prohibited by the statesupervisor of the out‑of‑state savings bank or the laws of the out‑of‑statesavings bank's home state.
