A stock savings bank organizedand operated under this Chapter shall, at all times, keep a current list of thenames of all its stockholders. Whenever called upon by the Commissioner ofBanks, a stock savings bank shall file in the office of the Commissioner ofBanks a correct list of all its stockholders, the resident address of each, thenumber of shares of stock held by each, and the dates of issue.
