§ 55A‑7‑26. Othermethods of electing directors.

A corporation may provide inits articles of incorporation or bylaws for election of directors by members ordelegates:

(1) On the basis ofchapter or other organizational unit;

(2) By region or othergeographic unit;

(3) By preferentialvoting; or
