§57C‑1‑33.  Information disclosed by interrogatories.

Interrogatories propounded bythe Secretary of State and the answers thereto shall not be open to publicinspection nor shall the Secretary of State disclose any facts or informationobtained therefrom except insofar as the Secretary of State's official duty mayrequire the same to be made public or in the event the interrogatories or theanswers thereto are required for evidence in any criminal proceedings or in anyother action or proceedings by this State. (1993, c. 354, s. 1.)
