Part 2. Merger.

§ 57C‑9A‑20. Merger.

A domestic limited liabilitycompany may merge with one or more other domestic limited liability companiesor other business entities if:

(1)        The merger ispermitted by the laws of the state or country governing the organization andinternal affairs of each other merging business entity; and

(2)        Each mergingdomestic limited liability company and each other merging business entitycomply with the requirements of this Part and, to the extent applicable, thelaws referred to in subdivision (1) of this section. (1999‑369,s. 3.7.)
