§58‑2‑115.  Admissibility of certificate as evidence of agent'sauthority.

In any case or controversyarising in any court of original jurisdiction within this State wherein it isnecessary to establish the question as to whether any insurance or other corporationor agent thereof is or has been licensed by the Department to do business inthis State, the certificate of the Commissioner under the seal of his officeshall be admissible in evidence as proof of such corporation or agent'sauthority as conferred by the Department.
