§58‑24‑55.  Institutions.

A society may create, maintainand operate, or may establish organizations to operate, not for profitinstitutions to further the purposes permitted by G.S. 58‑24‑20(a)(2). Such institutions may furnish services free or at a reasonable charge.  Anyreal or personal property owned, held or leased by the society for this purposeshall be reported in every annual statement.
