§58‑30‑240.  Termination of proceedings.

(a)        When all assetsjustifying the expense of collection and distribution have been collected anddistributed under this Article, the liquidator shall apply to the Court fordischarge.  The Court may grant the discharge and make any other orders,including an order to transfer any remaining funds that are uneconomic todistribute, as may be deemed appropriate.

(b)        Any other personmay apply to the Court at any time for an order under subsection (a) of thissection.  If the application is denied, the applicant shall pay the costs andexpenses of the liquidator in resisting the application, including reasonableattorney fees. (1989, c. 452, s. 1.)
