§58‑30‑250. Disposition of records during and after termination ofliquidation.
Whenever it appears to theCommissioner that the records of any insurer in process of liquidation orcompletely liquidated are no longer useful, he may recommend to the Court andthe Court shall direct what records should be retained for future reference andwhat should be destroyed.
