§58‑35‑95.  Disposition of fees.

All fees collected hereundershall be credited to the account of the Commissioner for the specific purposeof providing the personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to enforce thisArticle, but the Director of the Budget shall have the right to budget therevenues received in accordance with the requirements of the Commissioner forthe purposes herein required, and at the end of the fiscal year, if any sumwhatever shall remain to the credit of the Commissioner, derived from thesources herein referred to, the same shall revert to the general treasury ofthe State to be appropriated as other funds.
