Notwithstanding the definitionof "nonfleet" in G.S. 58‑40‑10(2), the Bureau shall adoptrules, subject to the Commissioner's approval, that specify the circumstancesunder which more than four private passenger motor vehicles may be coveredunder a nonfleet private passenger motor vehicle policy that is subject to thisArticle.
