Each licensee shall implementa comprehensive written information security program that includesadministrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the protection ofcustomer information. The administrative, technical, and physical safeguardsincluded in the information security program shall be appropriate to the sizeand complexity of the licensee and the nature and scope of its activities.
