§ 58‑42‑15. Voluntary participation.
Each plan may provide forparticipation by:
(1) Insurers that arenot required to participate by G.S. 58‑42‑10;
(2) Eligible surpluslines insurers as defined in G.S. 58‑21‑10(3); or
(3) Reinsurers approvedby the Commissioner. (1986, Ex. Sess., c. 7, s. 1; 1999‑114, s. 1.)
