Any person that is unable toshow under G.S. 58‑49‑10 that it is subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of another agency or subdivision of this State or of the federalgovernment, shall submit to an examination by the Commissioner to determine theorganization and solvency of the person, and to determine whether or not suchperson complies with the applicable provisions of this Chapter.
