§58‑56‑56. Waiver of application for license.
Upon request from a TPA, theCommissioner may waive the application requirements of G.S. 58‑56‑51(b)if the TPA has a valid license as a TPA issued in a state that has standardsfor TPAs that are at least as stringent as those contained in this Article. (1991,c. 627, s. 1.)
