§ 58‑58‑350. Procedures and sanctions.
(a) The provisions ofG.S. 58‑63‑20, 58‑63‑25, 58‑63‑32, 58‑63‑35,58‑63‑50, and 58‑63‑60 apply to this Part and areincorporated into this Part by reference.
(b) A violation of thisPart is a ground for license suspension, probation, revocation, nonrenewal, ordenial under G.S. 58‑33‑46 and subjects the violator to G.S. 58‑2‑70.(2007‑535,s. 1.)
