§58‑63‑45.  Judicial review by intervenor.

If the report of theCommissioner does not charge a violation of this Article, then any intervenorin the proceedings may within 10 days after the service of such report, cause anotice of appeal to be filed in the Superior Court of Wake County for a reviewof such report.  Upon such review, the court shall have authority to issueappropriate orders and decrees in connection therewith, including, if the courtfinds that it is to the interest of the public, orders enjoining andrestraining the continuance of any method of competition, act or practice whichit finds, notwithstanding such report of the Commissioner, constitutes aviolation of this Article.
