Any corporation organized orregulated by the provisions of this Article and Article 66 of this Chapter isauthorized to enter into such contracts with any other firm or corporation forjoint assumption or underwriting of any part or all of any risks undertakenupon such terms and conditions as are approved by the Commissioner ofInsurance.
