§58‑67‑185. Severability.
If any section, term, orprovision of this Article shall be adjudged invalid for any reason, suchjudgments shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any other section, term, orprovision of this Article, but the remaining sections, terms, and provisionsshall be and remain in full force and effect.
