All domestic insurersorganized under the laws of this Chapter shall provide the Commissioner writtennotice of any change that occurs in the position of president or chiefexecutive officer of the insurer no later than 30 days after the change. Noticeshall include the name of the insurer, the name of the person previouslyholding the position of president or chief executive officer, the name of theperson currently holding the position, and the date the position change tookplace.
