§58‑72‑65. Record of board conclusive as to facts stated.
In all actions under G.S. 58‑72‑60a copy of the proceedings of the board of commissioners in the particular case,certified by their clerk under his hand and the seal of the county, isconclusive evidence of the facts in such record alleged and set forth.
