(a) The Commissionermay adopt rules necessary to implement, administer, and enforce the provisionsof this Article.
(b) Each licensee andeach person subject to licensure requirements under this Article are subject tothe provisions of this Article and to the rules adopted by the Commissioner.
(c) Nothing in thisArticle preempts the existing statutory or rule‑making authority of anyother State agency or entity to regulate professional employer services in amanner consistent with the statutory authority of that State agency or entity. (2002‑168, s. 8; 2004‑162,s. 1.)
