(a) On a finding that aground for disciplinary action exists under G.S. 58‑89A‑155, theCommissioner may suspend or terminate a license, impose a civil penalty, andseek an order of restitution under G.S. 58‑2‑70.
(b) On termination of alicense, the licensee shall immediately return the terminated license to theCommissioner.
(c) Any disciplinaryaction taken, any temporary or permanent termination of a license, or anydetermination that an officer or controlling person is unqualified shall bemade by the Commissioner subject to Article 3A of Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes. (2004‑162,s. 1.)
