§ 59‑802.  Judicialdissolution.

On application by or for apartner the court may decree dissolution of a limited partnership whenever itis not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with thepartnership agreement. The limited partnership's name becomes available for useby another entity as provided in 55D‑21. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 989, s. 2; 2001‑358,s. 36; 2001‑387, ss. 173, 175(a); 2001‑413, s. 6.)
