§ 62‑164. Applications to receive immediate attention; continuances.

All applications for the issuance of securities or assumption ofliability or obligation shall be placed at the head of the Commission's docketand disposed of promptly, and all such applications shall be disposed of in 30days after the same are filed with the Commission, unless it is necessary forgood cause to continue the same for a longer period for consideration. Wheneversuch application is continued beyond 30 days after the time it is filed, theorder making such continuance must state fully the facts necessitating suchcontinuance.
