§ 62‑322. Unauthorized manufacture or sale of switch‑lock keys a misdemeanor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make, manufacture, sell or giveaway to any other person any duplicate key to any lock used by any railroadcompany in this State on its switches or switch tracks, except upon the writtenorder of that officer of such railroad company whose duty it is to distributeand issue switch‑lock keys to the employees of such railroad company. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class1 misdemeanor.
