A person who violates anyprovision of G.S. 63‑20, 63‑21 or 63‑22 of this Article shallbe guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor; provided, however, that acts or omissionsmade unlawful by G.S. 63‑20, 63‑21 or 63‑22 of this Articleshall not be deemed to include any act or omission which violates the laws orlawful regulations of the United States.
