§63‑35.  Enforcement and remedies.

Each violation of this Articleor of any regulations, order, or ruling promulgated or made pursuant to thisArticle, shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor, and each day a violationcontinues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.  In addition, thepolitical subdivision within which the property is located may institute in anycourt of competent jurisdiction, an action to prevent, restrain, correct orabate any violation of this Article, or of airport zoning regulations adoptedunder this Article, or of any order or ruling made in connection with theiradministration or enforcement, and the court shall adjudge to the plaintiffsuch relief, by way of injunction (which may be mandatory) or otherwise, as maybe proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, in order fully toeffectuate the purposes of this Article and of the regulations adopted andorders and rulings made pursuant thereto.
