Every airport and other airnavigation facility controlled and operated by any municipality, or jointlycontrolled and operated pursuant to the provisions of this Article, shall,subject to federal and State laws, rules, and regulations, be under theexclusive jurisdiction and control of the municipality or municipalitiescontrolling and operating it, and no other municipality in which such airportor air navigation facility is located shall have any police jurisdiction of thesame.
