Any county in which all orpart of a cargo airport complex site is located may enter into an agreementwith the Authority providing for payments to be made by the county to theAuthority. A county may not enter into an agreement to make payments to theAuthority until after the Authority designates the cargo airport complex site. The county's obligations under the agreement shall not constitute a pledge ofits faith and credit. (1991, c. 749, s. 1.)
