§63A‑16.  Remedies.

Any owner of bonds or notesissued under the provisions of this Chapter or any coupons appertainingthereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement securing or resolutionauthorizing the issuance of such bonds or notes, except to the extent therights given may be restricted by the trust agreement or resolution, may eitherat law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus, or other proceeding, protectand enforce any and all rights under the laws of the State or granted hereunderor under the trust agreement or resolution, or under any other contractexecuted by the Authority pursuant to this Chapter; and may enforce and compelthe performance of all duties required by this Chapter or by the trustagreement or resolution by the Authority or by any officer of the Authority.  (1991,c. 749, s. 1.)
