(a) This Article doesnot affect a security interest of the supplier in the inventory of the dealer.
(b) Repealed by SessionLaws 2004‑190, s. 4, effective January 1, 2005.
(c) The dealer andsupplier shall furnish representatives to inspect all parts and certify theiracceptability when packed for shipment. Failure of the supplier to provide arepresentative within 60 days shall result in automatic acceptance by thesupplier of all returned items. (1985, c. 441, s. 1; 2001‑343, s. 1; 2004‑190,s. 4.)
