§66‑37. Person injured may sue on bond.
Whenever such warehousemanfails to perform any duty or violates any of the provisions of this Article,any person injured by such failure or violation may bring an action in hisname and to his own use in any court of competent jurisdiction on the bond ofsaid warehouseman.
