§68‑21.  Illegally releasing or receiving impounded livestock misdemeanor.

If any person willfullyreleases any lawfully impounded livestock without the permission of theimpounder or receives such livestock knowing that it was unlawfully released,he shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. (Code, s. 2819; 1889, c. 504;Rev., s. 3310; C.S., s. 1853; 1971, c. 741, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 537; 1994,Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
