§70‑18.  Confidentiality.

Information concerning thenature and location of any archaeological resource, regardless of the ownershipof the property,  may be made available to the public under Chapter 132 of theNorth Carolina General Statutes or under any other provision of law unless theDepartment of Cultural Resources determines that the disclosures would create arisk of harm to such resources or to the site at which such resources arelocated. (1981, c. 904, s. 2.)
