If the Department ofAdministration and the Department of Cultural Resources agree, theresponsibilities, in whole or in part, of the Department of Cultural Resourcesunder this Article may be delegated through a memorandum of understanding tothe Department of Administration. Such a memorandum of understanding will besubject to periodic review at the initiation of either party to the memorandum.(1981, c. 904, s. 2.)
